The 2025-2026 students’ welfare association election is about to begin, and this year’s students’ welfare association election will adopt the “cabinet system”. The cabinet must be composed of at least 5 Chinese and non-Chinese students, with positions including president, vice president, treasurer, general secretary and welfare secretary. Each position has specific responsibilities that need to be fulfilled during the term of office. After the cabinet is elected as the term of office, they can serve as the executive committee to assist in organizing activities.
Students are encouraged to actively participate in the students’ welfare association work to help teachers, organize activities on their own, serve their schoolmates, and improve their personal abilities and will.
🔍How to apply?
1️⃣Students can read the Students’ Welfare Association Constitution and Students’ Welfare Association Election Regulations below.
2️⃣Organize proposed cabinet and complete the application form.
3️⃣Deadline of submitting application form is 5th September, 2025 (Friday) 4:00pm.
